Shake the bottle thoroughly before each use to ensure the solution is well mixed.

For initial use start by applying 2-4 sprays to your feet for a few weeks, this will allow your body time to adapt.

After an introduction period you can increase the amount to 4-8 pumps directly onto clean skin such as arms, legs or torso. Avoid sensitive areas and broken skin

If you experience a tingle or itch, this is normal as it is a sign of deficiency and a sign that you should to continue with magnesium. If irritation continues, discontinue use & seek medical advise

Gently massage the oil into your skin for optimal absorption.

Allow the magnesium oil to absorb for at least 20 minutes. You can choose to leave it on for continued absorption or rinse off any residue after the 20 minutes.

Use daily for best results.

Note: if you are experiencing irritation, dilute the spray with a little water or apply to damp skin. If irritation persists, discontinue use.
